Technical decisions and design.
Relay organizes client engagements into structured delivery dossiers. Tasks directly link to agreed project milestones. When a task completes, only that task state changes; milestone completion and project handoffs require explicit, auditable confirmations. Invoices and payment logs retain their source relationships to deliverables.
Deliberate engineering choices.
Operates entirely client-side using browser-local storage, providing instantaneous response times and zero server hosting overhead. Does not implement multi-tenant server sync or automated payment gateways, prioritizing data sovereignty.
What is real vs. simulated.
Functional browser application with synthetic agency client data. Demonstrates genuine state updates, milestone tracking, and local exports; no real bank or credit card processing.
